How do you blog?
Hello again tumblr. 👋
So I have decided that I’m going to re-start a blog! 👏👏👏 *and the crowd goes wild!!*
For now my blog will basically be a journal until I can figure out what I really want to share with the world. 🌎
So as of lately the thing I’m into the most is F I T N E S S . 💪 So today’s post is going to be on fitness. Growing up, fitness wasn’t really something I was taught the true importance of. Only in my college years have I learned how fitness and health affect all aspects of your life. So for most of my life I was a healthy weight, then college came and changed that! Hahaha
I fell into a deep college depression which in fact a lot of people do, and I gained a lot of weight. I went from about 145~150 to 225~230 all in about 6 months! CRAZY! Right? I know.
So in the past year I have been working on getting back into a healthy weight range and learning how to live a healthier lifestyle.
Challenges & Victories:
With every journey comes battles. So in my next post I will share my top challenges so far, and my top victories so far. I’m just tired of typing on my phone!
